Established in 1969 by maritime lawyer Osvaldo Sammarco, Sammarco Law Office serves the legal branch of Maritime Law and other areas related to the international carriage of cargo by sea and air, with an expertise gained over the years in defending the interests of P&I Clubs, as well as acting directly on behalf of owners, charterers, sub-charterers and shipping agents.
Our office is one of the most traditional and experienced in Brazil and has its head-office at Santos, the largest port in South America, also serving all Brazilian ports and cities through local correspondents.
Our reputation and credibility are the result of experience gained by the performance throughout our history, when ranking first by ethics, quality and transparency.
